Our cashier’s counters offer the following services (free of charge):
- Exchanging fit banknotes and coins (including valid silver schilling coins)
- Exchanging mutilated banknotes and coins (according to the provisions laid down in the Federal Act on the Oesterreichische Nationalbank)
- Exchanging called-in schilling banknotes (banknotes with limited exchange periods)
- Exchanging schilling coins (please use the self-service counting machine and cash your receipt at the cashier’s counter)
The following services cannot be provided:
- Exchanging old ATS 5 and ATS 10 coins made of silver (demonetized in 1979 and 1977, respectively)

Monday – Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
